How it works
There are 3 workout plans offered: Beginner Athlete - Intermediate/Experienced Athlete - Mobility Program .
The Beginner Athlete Program: For the “just starting” or “just getting back into it” athlete.
The Intermediate/Experienced Athlete Program: For people who have worked out before.
The Mobility Program: 12 workouts to improve mobility and flexibility through stretching and muscle rehab.
